Multi-award winning, freshly brewed, the Brisbane Brewing Co. Walker IPA beer is packed with a flavour as big as Texas.
Fresh, fun and bursting with bold character. Any easy intro for those new to craft beer or a reliable favourite for seasoned craft drinkers.
Brissy Lager is zesty, clean, and crisp – everything you want from a lager brewed in a city that has 300 sunny days per year.
Triple dry-hopped to bring you a bold floral and citrus hop profile that’s low in alcohol and high in taste.
The closest you’ll get to drinking summer from a can. BYO mates and a breezy back deck to complete the experience
Multi-award winning, with flavours of dark chocolate, percolated coffee, and sweet lactose.
This week’s Wednesday release is…Thickshake!
A 5.4% alcohol base (made in the same way as beer, but not technically a beer due to additions), with oat, lactose, egg whites and not one, not two, not three, but four different old school flavours for you to enjoy!
Is this an unusual beverage for a brewery to produce? Yes. Did we have fun making it? Also yes. Enjoy strawberry, Vanilla, Caramel and Chocolate, or all four in a tasting paddle (but don’t wait because we’ll only be offering tasting paddles of this beer from Wednesday to Friday this week.)
Thickshake will be available only on tap from 4pm, Wednesday, May 25th at West End.
Yes, we can fill your keg of any size! We offer the Brisbane Brewing Co. core range beers, Walker IPA, Brisbane Pale Ale, Brissy Lager and Nimbus Session Ale, as well as cumulonimbus session ale and our seasonal sour. Our beers are preservative free, unpasturised and come pre-carbonated.
To get your keg filled, simply drop it off on Wednesday at Brisbane Brewing Co. during opening hours, and our brewers will fill it and have it ready for you by the time our venue opens the next day.
Download our keg fill guide for pricing and further details.
Just like beer, an idea can take a while to brew. For Michelle and Grant, it started with an overseas adventure, thirst for offering good beers and a great experience to locals. In 2005, Brisbane Brewing Co. was born.
